In the aftermath of a catastrophic 7.0 earthquake in Haiti, many are asking "how can I help?" You can donate to the Relief Fund using your Digicel phone. American Red Cross, to help with relief efforts, text "HAITI" to "90999" and $10 will be given automatically to the Red Cross, charged to your cell phone bill. Three[3] million already raised through text messages as of Jan 15 9am. Wyclef Jean-Yele Haiti Earthquake Fund...text “YELE” to 501501, which will automatically donate $5 via your cell phone bill. Here at home in T&T, groups are already organising the collection of funds and relief items which people can donate. Here are the ones we have been alerted to:
